The Kosi River is sustainer of million people and is considered as a goddess among the masses in Bihar, India, changed its course after breaking the embankment upstream in Nepal and flooded hundreds of villages in five districts, Above 3.5 million people affected by the flood. Householder was left stranded in the waters waiting for relief, while many others were swept away or died of starvation or water borne diseases.
