宜宾老酒坊An Ancient Distillery in
Yibin
四川自古多佳酿,酿酒的历史可以上溯到3000多年前的商周时期。李庄镇的老
酒坊的历史也有120多年了,经验丰富的酿酒师傅靠肩挑、眼看、口尝的纯手工方式酿酒。李庄的老酒坊最初是私人作坊,几经变迁,现在的主人姓周,有工人8人,每年生产50多吨酒,主要供给周边乡镇的乡亲,被誉为当地的特产之首。由于面临大酒厂工业化酿酒的冲击,李庄老酒坊的经营始终不如人意。酒坊的主人也想改弦易辙。到是酒坊的酿酒老师傅舍不得丢下祖传的技艺,仍在辛苦的坚持酿酒。这是2009年5月7日,一名酿酒师把蒸好的料从甑子中取出来。
The history of distilling in southwest China's Sichuan Province can be traced
back to more than thousands of years ago, which is in Shang and Zhou Dynasties.
The original and traditional technology can only be found in some small cellars
or ancient distilleries in Yibin and Luzhou etc. in the south of Sichuan
Province. This picture taken on May 7, 2009 shows an ancient liquor cellar of
Wuliangye in Yibin and an ancient distillery in Lizhuang Town where A worker is
taking the steamed material out of the steamer.
