es being held by US forces in two detention
facilities in Iraq, up from only about 14,000 before the American troop surge
this year. Camp Cropper currently holds approximately 3,000 detainees. The
detainee population contains, juveniles, insurgents of all anti-coalition groups
in Iraq, and innocent Iraqis detained during military
