艰难取水路CHINA-GANSU-WATER-SHORTAGE
甘肃省是我国水资源短缺出了名的省份 ，全省80%以上地区属干旱.
人均自产水资源量1150立方米，不到全国平均水平一半。全省工农业及生活年需水量122.37亿立方米，可供水量116亿立方米，
缺水5.2%，到2010年，全省需水量将达到156.03亿立方米，缺水将达34.5%。(图

China's water shortage out the names of provinces, more than 80% of the province
is arid region. Per capita volume of 1150 cubic meters of water produced, less
than half the national average. And living in the province's industrial and
agricultural water demand 12.237 billion cubic meters for 11.6 billion cubic
meters of water, 5.2 percent water shortage by the year 2010, the province's
water demand will reach 15.603 billion cubic meters, the water shortage will
